A stallion possessing a strongly line bred pedigree, Pluck carries several Blue Hen mares which should respond well to reinforcement in matings.
Pluck’s damsire Fort Wood is a son of FALL ASPEN, who is also known as the ancestress of BIANCONI, DUBAI MILLENNIUM (sire of DUBAWI), CHARNWOOD FOREST (a brother to Fort Wood), HAMAS and TIMBER COUNTRY.

A Halo line stallion, he is made for the female descendants of fellow ALMAHMOUD family member DANEHILL and more lines to his grandsire NORTHERN DANCER. In addition, Pluck’s sire More Than Ready works well with mares creating a duplication of Halo. The Average Earnings Index (AEI) of his progeny inbred to Halo is an exceptionally high 4.60 with a 62% winners to runners rate.
