Excites’ sire Danewin is a member of the EIGHT CARAT family, which also includes compatible broodmare sires OCTAGONAL, KAAPSTAD, BRAMSHAW, COLOMBIA, DON EDUARDO and KEMPINSKY. Mares by Octagonal’s son LONHRO are also appealing. Excites has already demonstrated that he responds well to reinforcement of this prepotent line, as Listed winner and Gr.3 placegetter SCREAM MACHINE is out of an Octagonal mare.
Excites’ Danzig sire line has always worked well with MR. PROSPECTOR line mares. Excites is no exception, having produced Listed winner FLAG OFFICER out of a GULCH mare, multiple city winner Black Jag out of a THUNDER GULCH mare and city winner Arousing Suspicion out of a SECRET SAVINGS mare.
