Pedigree Dynamics planned mating Cool Passion is in career best form as a 7 year old. A member of the first crop from now leading sire Not A Single Doubt, she is out of the Mister C mare, Hiavanna. Hiavanna was purchased by Pedigree Dynamics for clients Michael and Jill MacDermott (in foal to Fastnet Rock, another first season sire at the time).
Cool Passion did not start her racing career until a 4 year old due to her owner’s illness and has certainly made up a lot of ground since!
Already a Group 3 winner last season, she scored back-to-back Group 3 wins at Flemington and Sandown in November, bringing her impressive record to 11 wins and 8 placings from 26 starts, accumulating over $630,000 to-date.
Trainer Tony McEvoy is aiming her for the Group 1 Sangster Stakes in Adelaide next May.
